Strike Anywhere will be pounding the pavement alongside Bane, Touche Amore and Lowtalker (members of Misery Signals and Comeback Kid) for a full Canadian run with various US shows beginning today! Sponsored by Exclaim!, Shirts for a Cure ad Peta2, this tour will route all three bands to British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba throughout the month of June. Hailed as ‘one of the best political punk bands’ by Cleveland Scene, Strike Anywhere has spent the last six months on the road in support of the Bridge Nine debut Iron Front. ‘For fans of the thinking-man’s punk’ as stated by The Trentonian, Iron Front features thirteen anthemic songs that address global and personal issues like human rights, war, politics and police brutality. Strike Anywhere spent 2009 touring the states as a headliner on the first ever Bridge Nine Records Tour, then shared the stage with Four Year Strong, Title Fight and Propagandhi in the US and Europe.
