Broken Social Scene to Release New Album, See Five New Songs Live

Broken Social Scene

Toronto indie-collective Broken Social Scene recently announced that they are recording their new album with John McEntire of Tortoise in Chicago, signaling a departure from David Newfeld, who they made their last two albums with.

At the recent NXNE show, where the band made a secret appearance, they played five new tracks from the new album, and also a few more the other day, at their free show at the Harbourfront Centre.
